Our Parking Entrance is on Orchardview Blvd. 1 Block north of Eglinton Avenue.

Our Parking Facility is fully automated and can accommodate over 800 vehicles.

Daily Parking Rates:

1/2 hour rate Mon to Sat 6 am - 6 pm = $3.50
Daily Maximum Mon To Sat 6am - 6 pm = $16.00
Evening Rate: 6pm - 6am = $7.00 (Max)
Sunday & Holidays = $7.00 (Flat Rate) 6am - 6pm

Parking Validation:

The validation station is located in Centre Court at the Security Desk.


Metro (Grocery Store)

Monday to Friday:
1 hour free parking with a minimum purchase of $15.00.

Saturday, Sunday and Holidays:
Up to 2 hours free parking with a minimum purchase of $20.00.

*Parking Ticket and receipt Required.


Indigo Books, Music & Cafe

Monday to Friday:
1 hour free parking with a minimum purchase of $20.00.

Saturday, Sunday and Holidays:
2 hours free parking with minimum purchase of $20.00.

* Parking ticket and receipt required.


GoodLife Fitness

Monday to Saturday:
2 hours free parking.

Sunday and Holidays:
$2 for 2 hours of parking. Customers will be provided a $5 discount.

Monday to Saturday 6am to 7pm - 50% discount
Monday to Saturday 7pm to 6am – 25% discount
Sunday & Holidays – 25% discount

* 50% parking validations can only be done at the Information Desk
